  • Technical Support Specialist

    Responsibilities: EthoStream, LLC has immediate openings for several Technical Support Specialists. The Support Specialists will provide technical support to guests and users at EthoStream locations nationwide. Current students are urged to apply. Internet access and email are always accessible. There are many shifts and hours available which provides a nicely flexible schedule.

    Qualifications: Proficient in computer troubleshooting and working knowledge of Windows Networking preferred but not required. Must be well-organized and self-motivated with good speaking and listening skills. A strong service orientation with a commitment to quality is essential.

  • Installation Engineer

    Responsibilities: EthoStream, LLC has immediate openings for several Installation Engineers. These engineers are responsible for understanding and installing EthoStream products and solutions into customer locations. IA's will also train customers on the proper use and care of EthoStream equipment and assist in testing installed locations.

    Qualifications: Proficient in networking and computer systems. A solid foundation of network topology is preferred with previous experience in installation. Applicants must possess strong customer relations skills and will be expected to travel weekly.

  • Open Source Engineer

    Responsibilities: EthoStream, LLC has an immediate opening for an Open Source Engineer. This individual will become a core developer involved in all EthoStream systems. OSE will be working on an entirely open source platform including Linux, Mysql, and Apache along with several other major developments. EthoStream's systems require key knowledge of the platform and ability to formalize development plans within an existing project.

    Qualifications: Extreme proficiency in the open source platform required. Prior knowledge and experience in open source development is a must for any applicant for this position. Strong team interraction and ability to prioritize is a plus.
