EthoStream, LLC™ has been certified as an HSIA Provider for the Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Hotel Brands.
March 30, 2004 – Working with the hotel management company of Hospitality America, Brentwood, TN and their Hampton Inn property in Greenville, SC, EthoStream, LLC™ has obtained certification as an HSIA provider for the Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites chain. EthoStream™ worked closely with Hospitality America to upgrade an existing installation to fulfill all of the Hampton Inn brand standard requirements. Utilizing EthoStream™ wireless networking equipment and EthoStream Gateway Server™ (EGS), Hospitality America has improved overall customer satisfaction with their HSIA offering and received praise for service and support. "We have been offering High-Speed Internet access to our guests for quite sometime but the recent selection of Ethostream to handle this service for us, increased consistency, reliability and guest satisfaction. Guests now experience an easier and trouble-free connection and, support is always available with just a toll-free call to customer service oriented tech" said Eduardo Chapoval, General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Airport / Blue Lagoon.
