ETHOSTREAM'S GOLD RESELLER PROGRAM REACHES ITS FIFTH MEMBER
EthoStream Has Expanded It's Customer Base Through Dedicated Reseller Channels
Milwaukee, WI – March 18, 2005 - EthoStream, LLC continues to expand its hospitality footprint through providing dedicated sales via its addition of five members of the EthoStream Gold Reseller Program. EthoStream resellers receive extensive support and training regarding EthoStream's product and service offering. In addition, EthoStream resellers are able to work closely with their customers both before and after sales using EthoStream's integrated Hospitality Sales Portal (HSP) and Remote Management Console applications.
Each EthoStream reseller receives a dedicated EthoStream contact to facilitate customer proposals and questions as well as to smoothly initiate installation and training. Resellers also receive EthoStream marketing, participation in EthoStream marketing programs, and access to new EthoStream product releases. The program is actively improved with feedback from current resellers regarding needs and the ability to improve productivity.
Membership also qualifies resellers for the ability to use EthoStream’s Hospitality Sales Portal. This comprehensive sales portal gives individuals access to 48,000 hospitality locations nationwide. The Hospitality Sales Portal (HSP) provides tracking to each of the individual touches with each location as well as built-in fax, email and VoIP communication methods. The ability to input updates and additional information including contacts, property details and record conversations is included for tracking of sales. An automated alert system notifies the individual when specific sales should be contacted and what the last discussion was.
