EthoStream Acquires HSIA Provider Generation Wireless
January 15, 2007 – EthoStream Continues Its Strategic Growth Initiatives with the Announcement of Its Acquisition of Generation Wireless
In keeping with its strategic growth and development initiatives, EthoStream announces the completion of its' Definitive Purchase Agreement with Louisville, KY-based Generation Wireless. The completion of this acquisition brings with it a sizable footprint in the South and Southeast as well as the opportunity to increase efficiencies through the use of EthoStream's Support Center for the former Generation Wireless customers. Generation Wireless has worked extensively with EthoStream to provide the necessary information for a smooth transition and exceptional customer support.
The addition of Generation Wireless's customer base to the EthoStream Hospitality Network allows EthoStream to offer its extensive hospitality solution suite to its new customers. With this acquisition, EthoStream cements its position as one of the largest and fastest growing hospitality solution providers in the industry.
